1. What should I consider in hiring a photographer?
The priority is that you are happy with the outcome of your photographs. A photographer should listen to what is important to you and focus on capturing your vision. Decide if your vision includes mostly of family photos, candid photos, black and white photos, etc. Do you prefer traditional/formal or creative/candid photographs? As your photographer, I am sensitive to your preferences and will discuss these questions with you to ensure your collection contains what matters most to you.

2. What is your approach when photographing?
I use a natural and laid-back approach with my customers, which allows their unique personality to emerge. I take a variety of formal and candid styles, but I've found my candid photographs often become my customer's favorite. My style ensures your photos will be comprised of everything you love about a timeless picture.

3. What do I need to know if I am interested in a photo shoot?
Photo shoots are flexible and can be done in a studio with backdrops, outside at a picturesque location or in a customer's own home. Locations outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding cities are subject to additional transportation fees. Photo sessions are a maximum of 2 hours and multiple wardrobe changes are allowed within this time frame.

4. How long will it take to receive my pictures?
Typically 1 week for photo shoots and 2-3 weeks for events/weddings.

5. Can you make my photos available for viewing/ordering online?
Yes. After receiving your photos, they will be available for friends and family to view/order.

6. Do you make appointments outside normal work hours?
Yes. I meet with clients and make myself available for shooting every day of the week.

7. If I hire Memories Through Time, who is my photographer?
Memories Through Time is a sole proprietorship business owned by Amanda Howard. When you hire Memories Through Time, Amanda Howard is your official photographer. All of the images displayed on this website were taken by Amanda Howard.

8. What does the online album look like?
The online album displays thumbnail images from your Photo session or event. Customers' are able to select the size of the desired image and add it to their shopping cart. After payment is processed through Paypal, expect two weeks for delivery. Click here to see an example of an online album.
